I am worried about test day nerves and what to expect:
Everyone approaches the driving test with some degree
of nerves and apprehension, this is totally normal human
behaviour. What you must remember is that you have been
trained to a standard where you can deal safely, calmly
and skillfully with any type of roads, hazards and manoeuvres
that may arise on your test. Your mock tests will also
help prepare you for the driving test.
Your instructor will ensure you arrive at the test centre
in plenty of time with all the relevant documentation
and will explain to you the procedures of the test centre
from parking, toilet location to greeting the examiner.
All you have to do is be positive, drive exactly as you
would on a normal lesson for just 40 minutes and enjoy
the experience, after all, it will become one of the best
days of your life, it really can be that easy if you allow
it to be.
Your instructor can now help you with relaxation techniques
to help reduce anxiety.
